At Beauteous of Natural Enterprise (JR0160638-W), we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your beauty products, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Returns

Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team at admin@beonatural.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Tracking: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@beonatural.com.

Exchanges

Exchanging Damaged or Defective Items

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at admin@beonatural.com with a photo of the damaged or defective product.

Gifts

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
